Terms of service

Sigacius analyses websites you submit, generates marketing content from that analysis, and — where you have connected and authorised a social account — publishes content you have approved on the schedule you set.

Sigacius is in active development. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times.

You are responsible for the security of the email address used to sign in, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

You retain ownership of the websites you submit and of the content generated for you. You are free to use, edit and publish that content.

You are responsible for what is published under your name. Generated content is a draft: review it before publishing. In particular you are responsible for ensuring published content is accurate, is lawful, does not infringe anyone's rights, and complies with the rules of the platform it is published to.

You may not use Sigacius to:

• publish to accounts you do not own or are not authorised to act for;
• produce spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or content designed to deceive;
• impersonate a person or organisation;
• publish unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing material;
• breach the terms of any platform you connect;
• submit websites you have no right to analyse, or attempt to extract data in breach of a site's terms.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

When you connect a social account you also agree to that platform's own terms. We publish only content you have approved, and only to accounts you have connected. You may disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for a platform changing its rules, restricting access, or acting against your account.

Content is produced by automated systems and may contain errors, inaccuracies or claims that do not apply to your business. It is provided as a starting point for a person to review, not as finished work. We make no guarantee about its accuracy, originality, or the results of publishing it.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you receive, we will tell account holders by email.

You can stop using Sigacius and ask us to close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms, or discontinue the service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

Sigacius is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or the outcome of content published through the service.

If we change these terms we will update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
